How to get from Vizzavona to Castel de Verghio

Hi!
We would like to do the part of GR 20 from Castel de Verghio to Vizzavona. How to get back from Vizzavona to Castel de Verghio? I know, it´s possible to take train to Corte, but I didn´t find any connection to Castel de Verghio.Is it safe to leave the car for few days near Castel de Verghio? And next thing - we have hunting dog, very physically fit, used to hike with us in various mountains, one time in Corsica. But I don´t know, if makes the part around Breche de Capitelle with chains, altough many times before was better hiker than me and my boyfriend in similar parts. Photos don´t look so bad.
