Accommodation near Bastia Airport
My brother and myself are walking the northern section of the GR20 at the end of August (see posts about sharing transport and temperature). I have been trying to locate accommodation near the airport and haven't been too impressed with what is on offer in hotels but have come accross a good budget option. We're taking camping kit so when I found Camping L'Esperanza between the airport and the beach, I though it would be worth investigating. Not only does the campsite look good but they will pick us up from the bus and drop us off at the airport in the morning for 10 euros per trip. I'll post something after we've stayed. It seems strange replying to my own post, especially as no one else has, but here goes!
Camping L'Esperanza is a decent enough campsite and very close to the airport for the flight home. The don't, however, provide pick up's as this is regarded as an unofficial taxi service and not allowed. They were 'shopped' apparently, by a former guest of theirs.
A taxi from here to the airport is 20 Euro's.
If I have one criticism of Corsica, it's the rubbish public transport. The GR20 is great, the beaches look great too.

I arrived on a Saturday evening at Bastia Airport, and then walked in the dark to the Esperanza camping. I think it took about 45 min. So I saved the 20 euros taxi. Very nice couple running the camping, very relaxed. The next morning I thought I would hitchhike to the bus stop to get to Conca. After 5 min, the 2nd car passing already stopped, so I got to the bus stop at 7am, and the bus wasn't going untill about 9am! (it's about 18 Euro btw to Conca). So I put up my thumb again and I hitchhiked in 3 stops to Ghisonaccia. I got stuck there, so I then did take the bus I planned to take in Bastia to St. Lucie de Porto Veccio... Esperanza camping is about 45 min from Bastia city centre by bus. So if you would think to pitch your tent first and then visit Bastia it might take a while to get to the centre, but its near the airport and a recommendable camping.
