The 12th stage of the GR 20 trails starts in Refuge de Prati (1820 m) and ends in Refuge d'Usciolu (1750 m). The highest point is Punta della Capella at 2041 m, total ascent is 677 m, total descent is 747 m. The route is 11 km long, average walking time is 5h45 when walked from Prati or 6h30 in the opposite direction. The longer variant from Col de Verde (Bocca di Verdi, 1289 m) is 14 km long and takes at least 7 hours.
